Belonging to Kersey Area Chamber of Commerce is a golden ticket to making connections with other businesses. These connections often result in referrals to your business as you build relationships with your fellow business owners and leadership teams.

Membership Information

The Kersey Area Chamber of Commerce is designed to help local area businesses grow. We support and promote local businesses on our website, through social media and in the Chamber business card rack in the Cobblestone Inn & Suites lobby in Kersey.

Once membership dues are paid, your business will receive a window cling that can be displayed by your business to show you are a chamber member.   Membership dues are paid in January each year. If a business joins mid-year, the dues for that year are pro-rated.

We have a business after hours every quarter on the second Thursday of the middle month of the quarter. We also support and promote community growth as a partner with the Town of Kersey.

Cultivated Coffee Company, established in late 2023 was really born in late 2021 when owner, Shelby Chesnut was on a mission to find a career passion in her life. As a Colorado State alumni, Shelby grew very fond of the coffee industry throughout her college years while obtaining her degree in Agricultural Education. After working at our local school district through COVID and then having a baby, Shelby and her husband, Dawson, decided that being home on the farm was the best career choice for a while. It didn’t take long before Shelby was ready to get back at it and missed the social and relationship building aspect of education but needed something to better fit her passions and lifestyle… then born was Cultivated Coffee Company. Serving Shelby’s favorite coffee from college in Fort Collins, Bindle Coffee, Shelby has dived deep into creating Kersey’s own coffee company rooted in rural living.

When you drive by the location, it stands out from the rest of the businesses and other coffee shops in the industry because of the vision Shelby manifested this shop to be. The building itself is designed to identify as an historic barn but maintain integrity to the Chesnut Farms buildings. You cannot miss the grain bin gazebo as it is the same branded ones as the ones on the family farm. The photos found on the windows of the building are all local of Kersey and taken by Shelby herself. If you haven’t read through Cultivated Coffee Company’s menu, it is encouraged that you do as you will find that every menu item is curated specifically to different aspects of the agricultural industry. Shelby hopes that in the future of serving Kersey that the coffee shop won’t just be a pit stop, but a place of home for its community.
